15U ASSISTANT COACH

Edgar Sanchez played volleyball at SA Tribe Boys Volleyball Club for three years. He started libero his 2020 - 2021 and 2021 - 2022 seasons, and as outside hitter his 2022 - 2023 season. Edgar led his team all three years as team captain and finished as MVP each of those three seasons; closing his 18’s season under the wing of Coach Mo, Coach Manny, and Coach Raul.

Wrapping up his first year of coaching, Coach Edgar is dedicated to sharpening his teaching abilities by absorbing the coaching around him , and consistently improving the way he approaches new issues. Alongside Coach Mo, Coach Edgar is taking on the task of guiding the 15U team through their 2023-2024 season; devoted to instilling competition and nurture to create a well-rounded environment. One where the players can learn, but can also have the fore to win. Assisting with a team who has won multiple bids, Coach Edgar has learned the ins and outs of what it is to be relentless and strong as a team.

Hoping to translate what he has learned under a new head coach, Coach Edgar sees this season as a year where he can not only further improve as a coach but truly impact the team as he has done before. Coach Edgar approaches this season with a sense of excitement and optimism, seeing it as a time of boundless possibilities. He is committed to not only furthering his own coaching skills but also to driving the growth and success of Paradox Volleyball. His journey from a standout player to a dedicated coach is evidence to his passion for volleyball.
